Sudoku is a logic game. The goal of this game is to fill an empty 9 by 9 grid such that each row, column, and horizontal or vertical block has the same number of single-digit and double-digit numbers. For example, if the grid has been filled with the numbers 8 8 9 9 8, then it is called SUDOKU. This can be done using logical reasoning rather than memorizing large lists of numbers. Sudoku is available in almost all mobile apps now. The Google Play Store alone has over 175 different titles for Android phones and tablets that include Sudoku games.
This is a logic game in which the player twists and turns colored blocks to create a diagram of integers from 1 to 9, then shades in each row, column, and block to reveal an unsolved grid. It originated in Japan as sudoku-kōriji or number-guessing logic puzzle by the Japanese puzzle author Hiroshi Yamamoto. It is also known as a grid number system or puzzles and numbers.
The nomenclature of the Sudoku puzzles comes from the Latin word “Sapientia” meaning "Wisdom". So the first Sudokus were published under the title “Wisdom Puzzles”. These logic games require logical thinking and pattern recognition abilities. You might not become an expert after playing it once or twice, but you will definitely improve your logical thinking skills over time by playing it repeatedly. And improving your logical reasoning abilities can have immense benefits on your everyday life. Have fun!
