Sports Krillion: The Ultimate Deep-Dive Sports Trivia
Sports Krillion is an innovative online trivia game that challenges your sports knowledge in a unique way. Unlike traditional quiz games that reward you for thinking fast, this word puzzle game rewards you for thinking outside the box.
Developed by Krillion.io and released recently, the game's main objective is not just to get the right answer, but to provide the rarest correct answer possible. The ultimate goal for every sports fanatic is to prove their depth of knowledge by diving as deep as they can into the sports database.
Game Controls

- Submit Answer: Enter Key
- Erase Letter: Backspace Key
Scoring Tiers System
The game does not calculate points based on how fast you type. Instead, every correct answer is cross-referenced with a global database to measure its popularity, dividing answers into 6 distinct tiers. Every 1 point earned allows you to dive 10 meters deeper into the ocean:
Tier | Points | Depth | Answer Characteristics |
Plankton | 10 pts | 100 meters | The most obvious answer everyone thinks of (e.g., Cristiano Ronaldo). |
Too Clever | 15 pts | 150 meters | An answer that seems smart but many players also choose. |
Schooler | 30 pts | 300 meters | A moderate, average answer with decent popularity. |
Rare | 60 pts | 600 meters | A high-quality response requiring solid sports knowledge. |
Deep Cut | 85 pts | 850 meters | Very niche trivia, featuring lesser-known or historical athletes. |
One in a Krillion | 100 pts | 1,000 meters | A completely unique or exceptionally rare correct answer. |
Note: The ultimate objective of a standard 7-question round is to reach a perfect score of 700 points, allowing you to touch the ocean floor at 7,000 meters deep.
Expanded Game Modes
Beyond the standard free "Daily Dive" featuring 7 fixed questions for everyone worldwide, players can explore several advanced game modes:
- Game On Pack (128 Levels): A campaign mode with 128 numbered sports packs to complete and collect.
- Endless Dive: Continuous questions where you start with 3 oxygen tanks (lives). Missing a question or running out of time costs oxygen, allowing experts to dive hundreds of kilometres deep.
- Dive Together (Crew Dives): A multiplayer lobby where up to 7 friends can share a countdown clock and compete to see who can dive the deepest.
